Everything is art. My goal is to encourage everyone to value the art that quietly surrounds us everyday. It’s inescapable once you become aware of it. One day I was driving home in rush hour traffic and I suddenly became aware of the sky. It was just a normal blue sky, same one I saw everyday, but on that day I noticed it. In that moment, I felt like maybe I was focused on the wrong things. My work serves as a visual catalog of these moments of appreciation for the world around us, hoping to pass that vision on to others.
